Rug up and join us on a truffle hunt. Learn about the history of the farm and our journey to becoming one of Australia’s most successful trufferies. Watch the truffle dogs in action and learn how to harvest and handle the truffles before they make their way to market and to being served at Australia’s best restaurants. At the conclusion of the hunt you will receive your own taste of truffle to take home and try. Considerations: Gates will open 15 mins prior to the commencement of the hunt. This is a walking tour on a rural property. Please ensure you wear appropriate footwear. The tour is conducted outside during the Canberra winter and will proceed rain, hail or shine. Please make sure you wear suitable clothing and bring an umbrella. FAQs Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? The format of the tour is not tailored to meet the needs of children under 10. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There is ample free parking What can/can't I bring to the event? Please do not bring any dogs to the event. Cameras are welcome. Where can I contact the organiser with any questions? Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes please bring your ticket to the event. Staff at the gate will tick your name off as you enter the farm. What is the refund policy? Payment in full is required to secure your place. No refunds will be given. With a minimum of 14 days notice a place on another hunt may be arranged subject to availability. This also applies to voucher holders. Under certain circumstances credit may be given with less than 14 days notice. However a charge equivalent to 30% of the value of the ticket price will be applied.
